Connecting in Communities

Warrenton Oil Company and its subsidiaries believe giving back to the communities where we live and work is one of our core values. We receive hundreds of contribution requests each year; therefore, requests must be received at least 90 business days before the date of your event. Those communities where we have stores will be the recipients of our sponsorship funds. Unfortunately, it is not possible to honor all requests even though most are very worthwhile causes. Organizations are asked to limit their requests to one per calendar year.

Due to the high volume of requests we receive, the following guidelines below will be followed:

All Sponsorship requests must be received online.

Request Eligibility (Restrictions):
Warrenton Oil Company and its subsidiaries do not provide contributions to:

• Research projects, assessments, or special studies
• Scholarships
• Pageants

Request Process:
We require this Sponsorship Request Form to be filled in its entirety and truthfully.

Guidelines:
All requests must follow the guidelines listed below to receive consideration:

• Requests must be submitted at least 90 business days before the date for which the sponsorship begins.  
• Requests must be submitted online only. All requests must be received through this online platform.
• Due to the high volume of requests we receive, please refrain from calling the Corporate Headquarters or our stores to check on the status of a previously requested donation.
• Checks will only be made payable to organizations and events, not individuals.
• All requests, whether approved or declined, will be responded to in a timely fashion assuming complete contact information is included on the request.
• If you have multiple sponsorship levels, you can either submit multiple proposals or submit the level you think most appropriate for our involvement.
